Abstract
Cherubism is an autosomal dominant disease of sporadic incidence, with progressive and painless clinical manifestations of replacement of normal bone tissue by fibrous tissue in the mandibular and maxillary regions. We present the case of a patient who consulted at 3 years of age, with no known pathological history, with a partial absence of lower temporal teeth and increased bilateral mandibular volume, approached at the Dr. Carlos Sáenz National Children's Hospital Herrera. A review on the clinical, radiological and histopathological findings of the patient is carried out, in addition to the treatment indicated in this case, correlated with what is described in the literature.
