Cómo citar
Resumen
La tetralogía de Fallot es el defecto cardíaco congénito cianótico más común; con cuatro malformaciones estructurales: obstrucción del tracto de salida del ventrículo derecho, comunicación interventricular, dextroposición de la aorta con acabalgamiento sobre el tabique interventricular e hipertrofia ventricular derecha. La presentación clínica depende del grado de obstrucción del flujo de salida del ventrículo derecho. El diagnóstico definitivo generalmente se realiza mediante ecocardiografía.
