Abstract
Postpartum endometritis is a common cause of postpartum febrile morbidity, good diagnosis and timely intervention are important for every woman in early postpartum period. Knowing the different differential diagnoses and treatments is the objective of this review, as well as exemplifying the different means of transmission and related pathogens.
