Resumen
El linfoma cutáneo primario difuso de células grandes B, tipo pierna es una patología rara y poco conocida, suele presentar como síntoma principal lesiones en piel de las piernas, estas lesiones varían desde nódulos, tumores o placas de color violáceo, frecuentemente se presentarse en mujeres de edad avanzada. A diferencia de otras entidades de este grupo se caracteriza por ser agresivo con la capacidad de infiltrar otros órganos, su base de tratamiento son los quimioterapéuticos asociado a radioterapia y en ocasiones cirugía.
